  • Christian Experience and Conduct: Oasis School of Ministry is a Christian institution whose primary purpose is to provide spiritual training for effective service in church-related and missions vocations. Applicants to the OSM must have professed Christ as Savior before registration. Maturity of character, personal integrity, and commitment to Christian service are necessary for acceptable study in the School. OSM has the right to deny or expel students if they fall short of these standards.
  • Applicants to the Associate program must have graduated from high school or received a GED (Graduate Equivalence Diploma). 
  • Applicants to the Bachelor program must have graduated from high school or received a GED (Graduate Equivalence Diploma).
  • Applicants to the Master program must have graduated from an accredited college or university with a bachelor degree or equivalent. The applicant’s grade point average for all college-level work must be at least a “C” (2.0 on a 4.0 scale).
  •  Non-Traditional students seeking licensure must be seventeen (17) years of age to enroll in OSM.
  • All applicants must provide a letter of endorsement from their Pastor. Failure to provide such a letter could lead to a denial of admission to OSM.
  • Students are to register at their respective campuses for each course no less than three weeks prior to the course. If there is no campus/cohort near you please register directly with the main office in Oxford, MS. The course must be paid for before class is attended unless permission is given by the business manager or a higher official.
  • Students are required to complete a minimum of 60 hours of preparatory self-study at the end of the class session. Students are required to read the course textbook and to complete the course text overview, along with additional assignments, if required, within the month of the course.
  • Students must attend all class sessions, complete the required assignments, and successfully pass the exams and assignments in order to receive credit.
  • Should an emergency arise which makes attendance impossible, the student must notify the school prior to class time in order for the tuition to be transferred. Transfer credit must be used within one calendar year. Any absence arising from a non-emergency occurrence will result in forfeiture of tuition. This transfer will not be extended beyond two absences.
